i weigh 182 and i wanna weigh 130 by the end of this school year cuz i wanna go to high school in shape. How can i lose at leat 10 pounds every two weeks? I really wanna look good when i star high school and i wanna look good on the last day of school. how can i/ any tips to lose 10 pounds a week?

try eating 3 small meals a day and in between our meals don't eat anything but fruit and nutritional snacks. i did this for 1 week and lost 5 lbs. also exercise everyday that also had something to do with it. doing stupid thing like going bulimic will just hurt you and causes problems. good luck and don't stress too much about loosing weight.

so you want to lose 50 pounds by May/June? Then you don't need to lose 10 pounds every two weeks. You need to lose about a pound or two a week, which is healthy. Eat about 1200 calories a day and exercise.

You cannot lose 5 lbs/wk healthily and hope to keep it off...much less 10. About 3 lbs/wk is the max you can lose in a healthy fashion, and have a good chance of being able to maintain that weight loss long term (which is the actual issue for many...losing weight is easy, keeping it off is not!)

Cut junk food, sodas, and that type of thing out of your diet. Eat healthy...fruits, veggies, lean meat, drink lots of water...

Exercise regularly (5 days a week is good for weightloss, 3 for maintenance...for me), shoot for 1 hr (build up to that)...go for brisk walks, get some workout DVDs, bicycle, rollerblade, play tennis, etc...do anything active that gets your heart going and that you'll enjoy (so you'll be more likely to stick with it).

You'll see results before ya know it...good luck!

Ten pounds a week is completely unhealthy. A guy lost that by being trapped under a fallen building and having no access to food, only water, but he was in bad shape by the time he got out. 3 pounds at MOST is a healthy amount to lose per week. Please research it before going on crash diets that are going to backfire on you.

first you say you want to lose 10 lbs every two weeks then you end up saying you want to lose 10lbs a week....well guess what? you cant do either. you can physically lose about 3 lbs a week with a healthy diet and exercise everyday.
