We'd had a few drinks and one thing led to another and she came back to mine. We slept together and she said i was aweful. I was still as bit drunk and had a go at her. I accidentally hit punched her and she ran off crying. Now her brother wants to kill me. I dont know how to get out of it.

Ok firstly, how do you ACCIDENTALLY hit/punch someone?
You dont seem to be that upset with your behaviour, only the fact that her brother will come after you.
If you are concerned about the way you acted...and you should be, then contact your local Domestic Violence Officer (police) to talk about a local perpatrator repair programme which will help you recognise what triggers you to behave in this way.
You should keep as far away from this woman as possible. The physical damage you have done to her will be nothing compared to the pyschological damage that your actions will have caused.
You are darn lucky that she didnt involve the police. Domestic Voilence is treated extremely seriously, and so it should be as 1 in 3 women will experience it at some point in their lives.
The only way to 'get out of it' as you put it is to admit what you did was wrong.
Dont blame the drink. Dont blame her. DONT say it was an accident.
You had a choice to make and you made the wrong one.

If you hit once you are likely to do it again. Go and get help. Then write an apology and tell them you recognise you have a problem and you are getting help.
You don't hit / punch by accident. Lucky she isn't doing you for assault.

1st of all never ever hit a girl no one will respect u ever again if u were drunk just dont drink no more but if someone did that to some one close to u u would want to do the same so just tuff it out u diserve it

I suggest you send her an apology and explain that you didn't mean to hit her. Some flowers wouldn't go amiss. Maybe in future you'll realise how drink can spoil your life when used unwisely.

First thing you'll need to do is own up to her and her brother that you done something that was completely unacceptable. Then be prepared for them to not accept your apology, as family can be VERY protective.
Next you then need to NEVER, EVER do that again.
