Well...I was going to put my two cents in here as every one who's been cheated on has an opinion...
However, I looked at Shea's list above and she had a long and lengthy list symptoms that I or anyone certainly could not improve on. That said, I suggest you and every other female print out that list and paste it on the fridge and memorize it. Leave it up to impress your friends and family. It will give them something to consider...and make him feel pretty uncomfortable, guilty or not.

Signs of a Cheating Husband
1) He carries condoms, and you are on the pill.
2) He insists the child seat, toys, etc., are kept out of his car.
3) You find a long blonde hair on the seat of his car.
4) You find unexplained scratches or bruises on his neck or back.
5) He suddenly wants to try new love techniques.
6) He works a lot of overtime, but it never shows up on the pay stub.
7) He throws up a lot because he just ate at his mistress's home.
8) His clothes smell of an unfamiliar perfume.
9) You see lipstick on your husband's shirt.
Signs of a Cheating Spouse
1) He/She shows a sudden interest in a different type of music.
2) Spouse's co-workers are uncomfortable in your presence.

4) Spends an excessive amount of time on the computer when you are asleep.
5) The amount of money being deposited into your checking account drops off.
6) You find items of intimate apparel that you did not give your spouse.
7) Your spouse seems less comfortable around you and is "touchy"
8) You get calls where the caller hangs up when he or she hears your voice.
9) He/she has a definite change in attitude towards everyone in the home.
10) He/She uses a low voice or whisper on the phone or hangs up quickly.
11) Begins to delete all incoming phone calls from the caller ID.
12) Deletes all incoming e-mails when they used to accumulate.
13) Picks fights in order to stomp out of the house.

Most of the time if a man is cheating you would be able to tell by his actions. Is he distant, not home like he is suppose to be, not returning calls, not showing affections, being a jerk, or just not the same? Most women can tell. That get that feeling and it is usually right. Good Luck!!

Being secretive about what he has been doing.
Suddenly staying late at work or going in on the weekend, when he has never done that before.
Keeping parts of his life secret from you, i.e. never introducing you to certain friends.
Change in personality, suddenly becomes more quiet or withdrawn or easily angered.

I guess you mean a male and it is your partner.
Females know intuitively, because that is what theiy are good at.
They just know, How they know, If a male sinks his pensi into another person the other person fills him up with his or her vibe.
Females usually sense that. This vibe will be around for 6 weeks and then it will be gone.

If you really trust him...its gonna be real hard for you to know this. But if you want answers...all you gotta do is ask yourself questions then get your answers. Does he always answer when you call? Or does he give you bs like , my phone died, I couldn't find my phone, it was on silent...well honey if he does that very often more then likely he is. That's one of the ways to find out.

Starts with a gut feeling...followed up by unexplainable behavior...unhappy, distant, appears to be pre-occupied with something else other than your relationship...such behavior becomes careless and if your looking for the truth..it will reveal itself sooner or later.

most of the time he will not let you go some places with him the phone calls shorten, and he usually tells you that u are cheating
