I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

No...to actually lose weight you must burn calories, which gets rid of fat. Exlax does nothing to fat, it simply clears out the digested food that is sitting in your colon waiting for a regular bowel movement.

It's also harmful to use other than for occasional constipation. It's not worth the health risks and issues it can cause you later.

It only gets out the waste after the food is digested. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way we have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

Hi
I would not suggest weight loss using laxatives ,try this simple plan as it worked for me so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx

Good luck

you really only lose water weight and it is only temporary not to mention how unhealthy it is you deplete your body of vital nutrients and may cause stomach and colon problems later the best suggestion is minimize you white flour intake lots of water and start slowly by walking 30 min a day for results that will last a life time

your intestine walls will start to break down and if you are going THAT often, you will probably start to get some viruses because of the irritation and so on... i'd try exercising & eating healthy. Good luck!

No, it doesn't, and it is dangerous. This practise can leave you with life long digestive problems.
