Once a false prophet has been identified and it is easy to show his followers why their prophet is not really a prophet, will they go to hell for being too stubborn admit their prophet is a fake? One so-called prophet says "there is no compulsion in religion" but the penalty for leaving his religion is DEATH. What kind of a prophet would threaten to have someone killed if they don't follow him?

People don't go to heaven or hell until they die. So being revealed as a false prophet does not bound one for hell. Although the actions of a false prophet definitely has them in a direction that is hell-bound. And unfortunately those who follow their teachings will also be sadly mis-lead. If it has been shown that their prophet is false and they still choose to follow than they are willingly following false doctrine.
What determines whether a person goes to heaven or hell, depends on what they've chosen to believe with sincerity of heart by the time they die...
Hope that helps,
Nickster

The bible says the sign of a prophet being real is if what he says is going to happen in fact does so. Muhammad said while in opressed minority in Makkah that Islam would soon spread over the whole of arabia. And indeed it did. Quite bold for a man whith a handful of followers at the time. If you want to look into it, which i'm sure you won't, you will find many instances of prophecy and stories showing why 'the wonderful man' to quote george bernard shaw, was in fact the master of the messengers and Allah's final prophet. I used to be Christian and what confirmed Islam in my heart was the character and life of Muhammad rasulallah, alayhi salaata was salaam

This is the "prophet's" responsibility for ruining the lives of his/her followers. If Hell exists, but the Deity is merciful and just, then I don't think there would be any sending to Hell for the innocent.
However, in Christian theology, those who are not Christian, and not picked by God to receive salvation, will inevitably go to Hell if you take into consideration double predestination and such.

David Koresh - how many of his lived
Ask a Muslim in IRAN what will happen if he ever changed religions.
Satan Loves Religions, as long as the religion never NEVER speaks the whole truth.

Yes, false prophets will lead their followers to hell if they don't change their ways of beliefs. Jesus warned us that we would have many people that would come in his name and warned us not to be decieved. Jesus is the way the truth and the life and no man can enter into heaven expcept through him. I am sure that false prophets will kill their members of their false religion because it is a way to scare them and make them stay. In the near future when the antichrist will come to power in the tribulation period he will talk everyone into loving and believing him and then he will make them follow him and take a mark as proof or they will die. So there is a prophet to come that will threaten to take your life if you don't follow him.

Do you bear in mind David Koresh, head of the branch Davidians. He claimed to be Christ. So did Jim Jones. The Bar Kochba revolt in advert one hundred thirty five in Israel replaced into led with the aid of a guy that particularly some the Jews had established as their Messiah. interior the final days the Jews will probable settle for somebody as their Messiah, a pretend Messiah. He may be the silly shepherd stated in Zech. 11, and the Son of Perdition interior the temple in 2 Thess. 2.

Nope. Define false Prophet. Define Hell. Its all politics and control, better just be respectful to people becasue you want to not cos you want a reward or are avoiding punishment in 'Hell' whatever that is supposed to be.

No. False-prophets are most conmen who bilked money out of unsuspecting individuals. The only way someone can go to hell is by believing in hell.
