Start with a 5-minute warmup on your treadmill. Just so brisk walking with minimal incline.
Then you want to work on your legs. Leg press and extension are the most common.
Then some upper body work. Try military press, chest press and shoulder press.
After that go for the abs. Not familiar with your Body by Jake, but you can't really go wrong; if you feel the burn, it's working.
Finally, get back on the treadmill and do some running for 10-15 minutes.

You should not expect to do it fast. You cannot have a baby quicker by using 9 women. What I mean is you have lots of good equipment. But only one body!
How much time do you have to devote to exercise? Divy that time up into stretches, aerobic, weight, fatburning, anerobic and cooldown (more stretches). If you have 8 hours a day, that will be different than 1.
You must control your diet also. Lower carbs and fats, increase protien intake.
Spend 24 minutes on the treadmill after stretching for at least 5 minutes. Then do you abs, in sets. Repeat depending on the time you have.
Now spend time on the gym. Work different muscles, to the point of TMF. Repeat. If you have more time, do more muscle isolations - ankles, calves, thighs, quads, back, stomach, arms, hands, neck.
Systematic - do not do bad pain! Regular work out pain, if you don't know the difference - talk to a trainer.
Run another 24 minutes.
Stretch again. Still got more time? Eat light, relax for 30 minutes, repeat the stretches, aerobic and light lifting.
Every other day do sprints on the treadmill - fast as you can for 30 seconds, recover your heart rate. Do this again, to fill up the 24 minutes.
The more time you spend, injury free, diet in check, the faster you will lose weight and build muscle.
Remember to rest every other day on the heavy muscle exercising. Your body needs time .
Start slow, increase your pace and number of hours.
