breaking my rules is right letting them do whatever their heart desires (grandmas mostly) not showing any discipline.

You find out why the rules are broken or the reason behind whatever they did (with kids sometimes there may be no rational reason.). Sit and discuss the importance repercussions and relevance of their actions, etc.

Find a compromise if possible.

there so many things that u can do, u know ur child so annoy ur child back. or just act like nothing happen n when ur child wants something from u act the way ur child acts. then ask do you like when i do that to you?.. or just plain ignore them when they see that is not bothering u then they will stop

ps. if your child knows how to push ur bottons then they got u. show them who the boss is
