Any recipe you have not used before would be new to your family.

Try several sites, depending on what you have on hand, or what your family prefers.

Here are a few suggestions for easy to make pasta, which seems to be very popular now-a-days.

Good luck, and enjoy!

I have a delicious casserole-

My grandmother's chicken casserole(or the one she always made)-

Prepare 3 cups of chicken in bite size(or larger if prefered) pieces
(You can broil, bake or whatever cooking method you prefer)and put meat in a large casserole dish.

You need-
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of sour cream
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper- mix these ingredients together and pour over the chicken pieces, making sure the sauce goes underneath the meat so it won't stick during baking(just stir the mixture a little)

Top the chicken mixture with 1 1/2 to 2 packs of crushed Ritz crackers(I've found if you don't crush them really fine it turns out better) Now top the crackers with 1/2 cup slivered almonds. Bake at 350 until the crackers are golden and the cassrole is bubbly around the edges.--- WONDERFUL!!

My most favorite website for recipes is www.recipezaar.com. They have thousands of recipes and you can search by preparation method (crockpot is my favorite as a working mom) or by ingredient, or even by diet if you have special requirements - like diabetes or even if you are on Weight Watchers. Enjoy!!

Sorry - didn't mean to duplicate another's answer - didn't know this was already out there...

Stuffed Green Peppers

INGREDIENTS:
6 green bell peppers
salt to taste
1 pound ground beef
1/3 cup chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 (14.5 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes, chopped
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1/2 cup water
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed tomato soup
water as needed

DIRECTIONS:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cut the tops off the peppers, and remove the seeds. Cook peppers in boiling water for 5 minutes; drain. Sprinkle salt inside each pepper, and set aside.
In a large skillet, saute beef and onions for 5 minutes, or until beef is browned. Drain off excess fat, and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the tomatoes, rice, 1/2 cup water and Worcestershire sauce. Cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, or until rice is tender. Remove from heat, and stir in the cheese.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. (175 degrees C). Stuff each pepper with the beef and rice mixture, and place peppers open side up in a baking dish. In a medium bowl, combine tomato soup with just enough water to make the soup a gravy consistency. Pour over the peppers.
Bake covered for 25 to 35 minutes, until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.

This is a good one, put boneless skinless chicken breasts in a pan, season them with garlic powder, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Pour on top a jar of Prego traditional spaghetti sauce. Top with ricotta cheese, cover with foil and bake approximately 45 minutes at 350!! Its best served with pasta or rice, salad and garlic bread!! Bon Apetite!!

It's a piece of cake....you're already online. Just Google a type of food....say, chicken. Google "Chicken recipes", or "Tuna recipes" and you'll get tons of ideas.

What are your favorite ingredients? Say you like chicken, then what are your favorite fruits and vegies add one or two that go together well, and add one matching spice or herb.
