I want to build arm muscles since I have massive back and leg muscles, but my arm muscles are barely visable even though I[m quite strong. Unless there's some other way to make my arms a little more defined?

At fourteen, you haven't finished growing. Trying to force definition in muscles that aren't even finished growing is not a good thing. By all means continue to exercise, but have some patience with your body, it needs to continue to grow. Most women reach full physical maturity in their early twenties.

Yes it is safe. Just be careful that you do the exercises properly, and don't strain - you don't want to hurt yourself.

It is hard for some women to gain muscle definition in the arms though. It takes testosterone to build muscles, and women don't have as much as men. Don't get discouraged if you don't see anything right away.

In moderation, yes. but if you are considering pumping metal hardcore, its not safe. Your body is still growing and extreme strenuous exercising or weightlifting could really damage your muscles and bones.
