Why do you want big forearms? Bigger is not necessarilly more efficient? If you do want to strengthen your wrists, forearms and hands you can do underarm pull ups (although these are primarilly for your upper arms and rotator cuffs), push ups and wrist curls. It is also quite a good idea to strengthen your hands and fingers by stretching a thick elastic band between fingers and stretching them out. You do look a bit strange if you do this in the gym so better in the privacy of your own bedroom.
