ok well he married khadija at age of 25.. khadija was 40 at that time..
after that he married several women.. most of them WIDOWS and those who needed assistance....!! he had just 1 virgin wife.. all the rest were not virgin..
total wives = 11
virgin=1
widowed=10

the first one was 40 when he (peace be upon him) married her (he was 25). her name was Khadija (RA).
i dont know the rest. but they were after her death.
