so i tried to throw it up but i couldnt like i couldntgag have you ever heard of that i never noticed it before cuz i've never really put anything down my throat lol

You shouldn't try to do this...period. Self induced vomiting that bulimics do can cause serious and even deadly health problems. The digestive juices that go into your esophagus when you do this causes ulcers which can cause serious bleeding. You can also develop severe tooth decay by doing this. Other consequences of bulimia are:

Malnutrition
Dehydration
Electrolyte imbalance
Hyponatremia
Vitamin and mineral deficiencies
Sialadenosis (salivary gland swelling)
Potential for gastric (stomach) rupture during periods of bingeing
Esophageal reflux
Irritation, inflammation, and possible rupture of the esophagus
Peptic ulcers and pancreatitis
Emetic toxicity due to ipecac abuse
Swelling of the face and cheeks
Callused or bruised fingers
Dry or brittle skin, hair, and nails, or hair loss
Edema
Decreased/increased bowel activity
Low blood pressure, hypotension
High blood pressure, hypertension
Iron deficiency, anemia
Hormonal imbalances

It sounds like you really need to talk to someone about this and maybe get some help for this. You need to learn better self-respect and work on taking better care of yourself. You deserve it.
