WOULD YOU BE WILLING TO SACRIFICE THE LIVES OF YOUR ENTIRE FAMILY IF IT'S NOT TRUE?

LETS SAY YOU DIE AND FIND OUT THAT WHAT YOU WERE TAUGHT IN SCHOOLS WERE ALL LIES. THEN ALL YOUR LIVING FAMILY MEMBERS INSTANTLY DIE.... WOULD YOU RISK THAT FOR YOUR BELIEFS?

Sometimes I admit that my faith falters no matter how hard I try to keep it strong. I wonder if we were all duped into believeing in God. I wonder if maybe there is really nothing there, but then I ask myself one simple question.....

Who created the universe? In other words who put all the components so that there could be a big bang and therefore evolution?

Then I realize that when we humans discover that part of our "history" then the world will end and we will meet God as he intended.

As for the rest of yuor question, I guess that I would have to say yes to that, because in Catholicism, they teach you that God is above all including family. God however is never going to ask yuo to sacrifice your family as he has never, ever punished the innocents. He may test us, but never allow us to go through with harming any innocent by his command.

The actions that we humans take against one another are our choice, which is another God given right. we make the choices to believe or not believe in him. We make the choices to do good and follow Him or do evil and follow the devil.

In the end, everything will be explained and all will be clear.

Obviously, if my religion is not true, I wouldn't be willing to sacrifice anyone's lives. I'm not sure why my family would die in that situation, it doesn't really make sense.

I assume that you mean would I gamble that I was right with my family's lives. I don't think I would have the strength in that situation, and if I did manage it would be thanks to God's help. Hopefully I never find out for sure.

Listen, I already discovered that I have been told lies my whole entire life and Im not dead yet, so i guess that i was to know this before I died.
All the drugs that I did, and the wasted nights of partying, and the time I got my first girlfriend pregnant, and all the times that I was lied to about God. Or just all the times that nobody told me about God !

God paid the ultimate price with his life for us so there is no need to do that but will some one to take your life or the lives of your family sad to say yes , for whatever reason it can and do happen but the promise from the savior is this if any one of us should lose our lives for his sakes meanig the gosple we will get it back in the life to come .

Why are you shouting?

Yes. I would die for my religious beliefs. Would never have to sacrifice my family for them though, as God no longer asks for sacrifices of living animals or humans.

Your question doesn't make a lot of sense. Why exactly would my family die because I died? You should try to be a little clearer.

And to answer the question, I don't particularly care about religion. Most of what people say is a load of crap anyway.

I do believe that there is a power, that we call God, that somewhat governs events around us. I also believe that religion and all the complex intricacies that follow it are the creation of man and not God.
