The prostate is an exocrine gland of the male mammalian reproductive system. Its main function is to store and secrete a clear, slightly basic fluid that constitutes up to one-third of the volume of semen. The prostate differs considerably between species anatomically, chemically, and physiologically. A healthy human prostate is slightly larger than a walnut. It surrounds the urethra just below the urinary bladder and can be felt during a rectal exam. Skene's glands found in many females are homologous to the prostate gland in males.
To milk it, once an erection is attained, you can press firmly on the region of skin behind the scrotum; you'll feel a round, firm lump about the size of a walnut under the skin about a half an inch behind the back of the scrotum, about three fingers in front of the anus. While the penis is erect, press firmly on the lump for a count of two, then release for a count of two; as you're doing that, you'll notice the head of the penis swells while you're pressing; continue doing that for 20 or 30 cycles (about 2 minutes), and you'll greatly increase the amount of ejaculate that is released when orgasm finally occurs.
It can also be milked from inside by inserting a well-lubricated finger into the man's rectum after erection has been achieved (use one of your longer fingers, it's moderately far in)--again, you'll be able to feel a spongy mass about the size of a walnut on the other side of the front wall of the large intestine. Pressing firmly on it for a second or two, and then releasing for a count of two, and then repeating several times will have a similar effect of drastically increasing the amount of ejaculate produced during orgasm.

Ha!! The prostate is located in the rectum. I've never heard the expression, "milk it", but in order to stimulate it to a man's Ecstasy, you stick your finger up his butt and wiggle it! Or you can tongue his anus. Sometimes you can stimulate it by just tonguing or rubbing the area between the balls and the anus. Have fun!!!
