Get a toy, first. Easier than getting a grip, and it prevents carpal tunnel syndrome. It'll remove the tension, and let you decide if you'd prefer to have a friend, or if it really was just a physical buildup that once released quiets back down and lets you focus back on the rest of life.
Plus, if you *do* decide you'd like a friend, you'll have an easier time finding a good one when you're not *quite* so wound up. People tend to make bad decisions when they're keyed up, even if it's naturally due to hormone levels.
So, take the edge off with a toy, and then you can think through what you'd like to do with a clearer mindset. ^_^
Good luck with it!

Well I would say get a friend that has a toy with a good grip on it. Then the 2 of you enjoy sharing it together.

A toy and a friend - and if you can find a friend that will help with your toys - even better!
