I know that this girl, who is a good friend of mine, likes me a lot. Well I dont want to be her boyfriend, I just want to be friends with benefits. How can I ask her what she thinks about doing that?

the girl will agree to it hoping that if she does, you'll grow to like her enough to be her boyfriend.
and then if you don't, she'll resent you and gradually cut you out of her life

Your best bet is to eiter commit or move on friends with bennies will come back to bit you in the **** sooner or later usually because she gets hurt by it because she was hopinbg it would turn into more and your just not willing for whatever reason so do her a favor and be more or move on
