I am really not sure what you are asking. If you subscribe to a magazine unless your mark cancel on your first bill and send it back you have to pay for it. This is why I never use a debit or credit card. It harder to cancel and get your money back. Actual I think most places have to have your Social Security before they can report you to the credit bureaus.

I think you mean "subscribing" to magazines...
Yes, unpaid bills could be reported on your credit rating once the magazine turns it over to a collection agency.
