I always feel like as soon as i leave the room everyone is talking isht about me... why is this. I feel like i m constantly being judged and talked about... why ... help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh yeah and im not a skitzo... i have borderline personality disorder but i dont know how to deal with this one aspect... its like 24/7

I feel like this too - in my case it's due to social anxiety - I always feel inferior to everyone else, and I worry constantly about what they think of me. I always fear people are talking about me and saying bad things about me. I'm seeing a psychiatrist for depression and anxiety, and I'm on medication which helps with the social anxiety too.

THis may sound wacky, but it may be due to a blood sugar imbalance. I have been hypoglycemic since birth - until 2002 when I switched to being a diabetic.
I always felt "different", "weird", and thus always felt that people were talking behind my back. Since my blood sugar is better balanced (and I am older), I revel in my differences, even though I have found that I am not that much different. I do not feel threatened by any behavior like you described now, even though I still feel it is happening.

maybe ur the type of person people like to talk about. Annoying, too talkative, nosy ...i dont know. If you dont hold any of these qualities then im gonna have to agree with the guy who answered first....your just paranoid. Relax and stop worring what others think or say. Live your life happy.

That's called paranoia (did I spell it right?). You need to boost your self-esteem girl. You need to be more confident in yourself. Bring out your talents and do things to your full potential. And so what if anyone talks about you? It doesn't define who you are, does it? Believe in yourself, and pretty soon, everyone else will too.
