You don't include information about how you're training,how much you weigh,what brand you're using or what your goals are.That makes this question impossible to answer.It cannot be answered accurately without this info.I don't care what anyone says.Add this info and you'll get some better answers.Look in my best answers for more info on whey protein.

What kind of results are you wanting to see?
Whey is just protein, and will go to your muscles for fuel. It is recommended to only take one serving per day, as we get enough protein in our foods if we're eating good. Most of the time, we don't even need supplements to get protein.
If you're lifting weights and taking this, I'm not sure you'll see a huge difference, as you'll feel stronger from the weights, it is very subtle, as it's just giving your muscles a little extra fuel. Hope this makes sense....
