big time, my friend. According to the CDC, based on your height and weight , your BMI is 33.7, placing the BMI-for-age at the 99th percentile for boys aged 16 years. "This teen may be overweight and should be seen by a healthcare provider for further assessment."

I believe it would be overweight, but it can really depend on your bone mass and your body type too. Genetics plays a huge role here.
