I believe that the water that comes out of the white lever is not as cold as teh blue lever

blue is cold water, white is room temp. some even have a dispenser for hot water like the one at my job.

The white lever is room temp water, the blue lever is for ice cold water. If you like ice, you can do room temp water and if you don't like ice, you can do the ice cold water with no ice.
