If he's going in for the kiss, and you don't want it, stop it! Doesn't matter how you do it (turning your head, telling him no, running away in the other direction screaming letcher! and pervert!, a firm hand to the face to stop his progress, whatever!) I'm sure he'll get the hint and stop any unwanted advances. If he continues, then its just creepy and you might want to consider getting others involved.

i don't know what sprung means in your sentence but I'm guessing that he is all over you. just give him a chance and if it dont' work then you can tell him you tried but it isn't going to work. you don't know till you try.
