Yes they can but like all things change takes some time. You have to change your habits and keep doing them so that you are conditioning your mind and body and you should be good to go.From one night owl to another. Now I am a morning owl.

I think so. Unless they are used to working the overnight shift for years. Even still, the body is conditioned to being awake during the day and sleeping at night. A true night owl should get a nightime job.

Sure they can. I worked night shift in intensive care units for thirty years. For the past three years, I have worked 7 to 3 managing a clinic. It isn't easy to change one's circadian rythyms, but people do it all the time.
