Nope.

In 1988, Pan Am Flight 103, and the 259 people on board, were sent to their death by something as 'innocent-looking' as a radio.

People have planned to create on-board bombs from something as 'innocent-looking' as liquid stored in contact lens containers.

What are the chances that someone is figuring out, right now, an ingenious new way of getting past airport security and committing mass murder with something totally 'innocent-looking'?

Can you blame the airports?

Is it paranoia, or just prudence?

It boils down to something as brutally simple as this:

Would you rather be late, or dead?

PS: Dead folks don't need no shampoo, no conditioner, no lotions, no deodorants, no shower gel, no gel, no hair spray and no perfumes.

No I don't... we just have to accept the fact that in every aspect of life there is always at least one moran that blows it for everybody else!! In the case of airport security? Be thankful that someone was on their toes in Britain before it became too late.. i rather wait in a line for an hour and give up my shampoo that cost $1.50 than give up my life because something was missed something.

out of hand? this should have been going on along time ago, then maybe there wouldnt have been a 9/11. When it comes to my families safety, I will do what ever is needed.

That's the balance of nature. Bad guys, good guys, terrorists, innocents. We need to take precautions and watch out for those Islamic extremists.

if they delay by an hour they are "getting out of hand"

if an airplane goes down, they didn't do enough to save your family

pick one. i rather be late than attend a funeral for and entire family (time 100)
