It's tough. I have felt that way most of my life. I don't want the extra weight on me and I know what I should do, but sometimes life gets in the way and brings you down. My job stressed me out. People(women) were being catty. I wasn't making enough money. I would come home tired and not want to cook or workout. Then it happened. My boyfriend took a job here in canada(2 months ago) and I had to quit my job(whoo-hoo) and move.(I wanted to). I joined Curves. The best workout for women. I am so happy that this change came about. I have lost 81/2 pounds and 9 inches. It can be done but first you need to figure out what is keeping you from doing what you need to do and find a way to get help. I actually prayed for something to happen to get me out of my rut. It worked. Best of Luck to you.

You just take that pack of donuts and diet (cancer) soda to the nearest funeral home and do what any other irresponsible idiot would do as the last responsible act in your lazy-as$ life-- start shopping for your own coffin!
Mean? Brutal? Horrible? Maybe, but really, unless you can trade it in any time soon, it's the only body you have -- so if you keep on abusing it, it WILL give out! This is your LIFE, and is life REALLY worth losing over some lame sitcoms and trash food? Get up, put down the crap, and go for a walk. It's NOT all or nothing either -- small changes make big differences.
Do NOT make the stupid mistake of joining a gym and going whole-hog into some insane exercise program -- you will give out and give up. Save it for later. For now, MOVE around some, add a little more, add a little more every day and week -- and keep going. Choose better foods -- everyone knows healthy foods, if they say they do not, they are lying. And don't eat until you are full -- stop early when you HAVEN'T had enough, and eat FIVE (yes, 5) SMALL meals a DAY-- EVERY day! Then, when the holidays and special events come up, you can have that cake and eat it too!
The reward that comes from all of this is the health AND the self-love that cannot ever come from any food or TV show or excuse. TRUTH inside, when you are not telling yourself ANY MORE lies, is its own blessed, lasting, amazing reward.
Best to You in your life changes...

Take this kick in the pants, print it, and put it on that fridge. Do it NOW! :)

Sometimes there may be stressful things going on in your life that cause you lose focus, and that's okay. We don't live in a perfect world, or else it wouldn't be so hard! Wait until you feel that you are ready to focus on getting healthier, and then start to watch your diet and exercise. Then it will be easier to have some self-control and willpower, and it will be much easier so you will feel even better! Good luck!

Just force yourself to do it at first, once you started it's going to be easier to find pleasure doing it.
