If what you are saying is true, this girl needs to go to a hospital. Don't go to your family doctor - they will just send you to the hospital. Get her there quick!
Pleurisy is usually a condition in the LUNGS where something is irritating the lining of the lungs (often an infection - usually something simple like a virus).
But you seem to be describing that it has gone beyond just affecting the lungs and seems to be affecting her liver.
If she cannot urinate, perhaps she is very dehydrated.
Perhaps (if her liver is not working) she is losing fluid into her belly as you say, and the fluid is coming from her blood stream. This would stop her from making urine and it would make her very sick.
Get this child to hospital, if she is as sick as you say.

How do you know it's pleurisy? It may be something else. She should go to the hospital.
Unfortunately, the man must decide whether his daughter's life or his money/credit is more important.
