depends on the guy and what you want to accomplish. Wanting a relationship,requires different techniques then a fling. Some men want to be in control, other want the woman to take charge.

Depends on the guy. Some guys like it when the girl makes the first move. Maybe ask people who know him.

I actually asked the guys that I know if they liked the girl to make the first move- and guess what?? THEY DO! I was shocked, but they explained that they didn't want the girl to feel pressured to say/do anything she didn't want to. So I guess it really depends on the guy, if you know he respects girls, make the first move, if he doesn't make the first move anyway and set the pace so you have control and he won't make you say/do anything ur not confortable with.

Absolutely! If you want to make a move on somebody, do it. You'll never know if there's anything to the relationship if somebody doesn't make the first move...might as well be you.

first see if he is interested if so it is okay but dont come on strong. Guys dont like that, trust me my ex and i broke up but were still friends and he hates it when girls come on to him like a hooker. lol
