I was just wondering because even though my sister doesn't prioritize her children and home life as well as my step childrens mother others like myself and my mother are left to take care of their children hand and foot. However, when ever I ask my sister why is she like this because she wasn't like this before she gets defensive as I am sure my stepchildrens mother thinks the same. However, I don't believe there is any logical explination as to why they are like this. It would help to at least hear some someone who acts this way give their prespective on this.

I have no clue. The only thing I can think of is that they put their needs first. Why? Who knows! Maybe selfish.
