Thanks for such information. With the discovery of its treatment it became no longer a highly frightening disease as it used to be that is why it is no longer much emphasized I suggest, that is why facts about it has been overridden by recent hot issues such as AIDS,Bird's Flu,etc.Such disease is now being dealt just like any unusual commmunicable disease. Proper educationand information dessimination on its releavant issues especially the prevention of transmission is very important which I suggest got so much flaws that keeps the incidence to rise. Acccess to medicines is another problem to deal. Poor living conditions is the issue that should be given attention to help in minimizing (if it is difficult to prevent) the increasing number of infected population. An active action is needed to give this problem a solution.
