Of course, I think things appropriate for a 7-year-old won't necessarily be dangerous for a 3-year-old, but they might be a bit over his mentality. Books also, for each age.

it depends is it a girl or boy?If its a girl buy a doll play with her with it.If its a boy buy toy cars. For the 3 year old buy a ball and play ball with him or her.
