i usually take 1000calories every day.so if i eat only 200 calories every day,its 800 calories less for a day and 5600 calories a week.
i burn 1800 calories every day just by breathing, watching tv and so on...its 12600 calories for a week.
and if i burn 900 calories every day by exercise, its 6300 calories in one week.
so in one week i burn 24500 calories.one pound is 3500 calories.
24500:3500 is seven.
so do i lose 7 pounds in one week?

First of all your data seems confusing - you say you eat only 1000 cal every day, but you expend 1800 calories every day. Though it might be possible, it doesn't seem likely. If it is true you'll be losing weight right now

How the body loses weight cannot be explained by simple arithmetic of calories. It is much complex than that. The Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) depends a lot on the lean mass of the body and as the muscle disappears the RMR goes down too.

The short answer to your question is no. A loss of 7 lbs cannot be guaranteed. Even if it happens, it is very unhealthy and you are likely to regain it all.

Yes, your calculations appear correct....but if you eat 200 calories a day, you will not lose fat, you will lose water and muscle tissue. Eating so few calories, sends the message to the brain that you are starving, when that happens the body conserves (holds on to) fat. It will burn up muscle tissue before it will use the fat. You damage your kidneys, create the potential for gall stones, stress your heart, and play havoc with your digestive tract. All that damage is cumulative, in other words, if you start eating normally again after a week, the damage is done and doesn't just go away, and in fact you will gain all the weight back and then some the minute you start eating normally.
If weight loss is your goal, you need to do it slowly for it to last and stay off. (not to mention avoiding damage to your body that over time can kill, (does Karen Carpenter ring a bell? She was anorexic, and died young because of it)
Please, be healthy, be safe, lose weight sensibly. No more than two pounds a week.

wow wow wow,, calm down... 200 calories a day?? that's not how it works.. I can eat 3000 calories and still lose weight..
You have to know that you should reduce 500 calories every week.. but at least eat 2,000 calories a day.. it's better to lose weight by exercising than eating less drastically..
You're annorexic if you eat 200 calories a day. You'll lose muscle weight, strength, stamina, and you'll lose a lot of your energy to move on..

Not necessarily, your body may go into survival mode and not let go of any weight. Your not being healthy . you need to at least have 1300 cal./day. Now I dont know how tall you are so that does make a difference, but make sure your eatting and drinking enough fluids.
