There is an irony in thie answers this question is generating in that the lack of anything of the sort that people are answering with is the very reason that the Jews rejected Jesus as the Messiah.

I've just been reading through some of your questions and answers of the past and I enjoy your thought process. So, I look forward to future questions. This one isn't my favorite question, though, because it's not particularly debateable. It's all about 'What if' However, here goes...
As a Christian, this is exactly the type of thing you respond from the Bible with. While YOU may not particularly believe in the Bible, for a Christian it is the "Word of God." So, as a Christian, if the Bible discusses a topic, then that is your best source for an answer. The Bible speaks on several occassions about Jesus' return. Here is the most direct answer to your question:
Matt 24:
23At that time if anyone says to you, 'Look, here is the Christ!' or, 'There he is!' do not believe it. 24For false Christs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and miracles to deceive even the elect—if that were possible. 25See, I have told you ahead of time.
26"So if anyone tells you, 'There he is, out in the desert,' do not go out; or, 'Here he is, in the inner rooms,' do not believe it. 27For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. 28Wherever there is a carcass, there the vultures will gather.
29"Immediately after the distress of those days
" 'the sun will be darkened,
and the moon will not give its light;
the stars will fall from the sky,
and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.'[c]
30"At that time the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and all the nations of the earth will mourn. They will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky, with power and great glory. 31And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.
So, you say - "What if in the year 2086 someone can put on a spectacular show to imitate these things. Or, what if someone taps into the 'God Organ' and induces mass belief in a second coming? Or what if..." You can't debate a 'What if'. My understanding from the Bible is that it will be flat out obvious - case closed, as it were. But, what ifs just make for never ending discussion... Can God create a rock so big he can't lift it? Yes. But, then he can't lift it! Well, yes he can. But, then he can't create it! Yes he can...

The God and Creator of the universe will not get on a computer and proclaim himself Yahweh, demanding service and allegiance from Christians.
The Bible describes the return of Christ as "Like a thief in the night". In other words, it will happen on a time and a day in which we can not know. Also, the Bible says Christ's return will be signaled by several events which will be occurring around the world. Some have already happened, some are in the process of happening, and others still have not even started.
The second coming of Christ will not be as the first coming. Jesus, in His second coming, will come back with the sound of a loud trumpet, the clouds will roll back and He will return with great glory and power from the east.
I believe I have seen this question you refer to the other day. I considered it to be utterly foolish, and therefore not worth my time to pay any attention to. The other Christians on this site only encourage this nonsense by responding. The best response to something like this is no response at all. Clearly there is no individual who can re-create or even imitate Jesus.
You asked how would we know who is Jesus and who isn't? Jesus, Himself, said the sheep know the shepherd's voice and they will follow. The same is true about Christians who really and truly follow the Lord in their daily lives. They will know the real Jesus from the impersonators, and will therefore, only follow the real Jesus.

Jesus will return in the twinkling of an eye and take all his followers to heaven meaning he'll be there for one second and then the next second he'll be back in heaven he won't stay on earth Plus Jesus fulfilled all the 109 prophecies about him even a prophecy that is down to the day of the event that happened We didn't see the miracles so believing they happened and that the Bible is true is on faith

Hey, remember me?
To answer your question. I know where I put my faith. Christians are given the knowledge of how Jesus will return in the Bible. Everyone will know when Jesus comes. That day, the rapture, all Christians will be gathered together and taken away to be with Him in Heaven. Then the tribulation will start, followed by the millennial reign, etc...... This might not even happen in my time. I might die and go to heaven before the rapture occurs.

Very simple!!! Read Rev. 1:7 and you find your answer. It is not to be a secret thing that nobody but the saved will see but as it says, "EVERY eye shall see Him." This is one time He will not come down to the Earth but will be in the air and the dead in Christ will raise and be taken back with Him as will those that are alive and remain on this earth. See 1 Thess. 4-16-17 And no, I would not disclaim Him 2000 years ago. The only miracles that will be performed is the raising of the dead as well as taking those that remain up to Him and taking us all back to Heaven and those that are not taken back will be all dead.

Mk 13:26-27
And then they will see 'the Son of Man coming in the clouds' with great power and glory, and then he will send out the angels and gather (his) elect from the four winds, from the end of the earth to the end of the sky.
Mt 16:27
For the Son of Man will come with his angels in his Father's glory, and then he will repay everyone according to his conduct.
Acts 1:11
They (two men dressed in white) said, "Men of Galilee, why are you standing there looking at the sky? This Jesus who has been taken up from you into heaven will return in the same way as you have seen him going into heaven."
1 Thess 4:16-18
For the Lord himself, with a word of command, with the voice of an archangel and with the trumpet of God, will come down from heaven, and the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. Thus we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore, console one another with these words.
The parousia will be unmistakable because it will be accompanied by unprecedented signs.
Mt 24:27
For just as lightning comes from the east and is seen as far as the west, so will the coming of the Son of Man be.
Some signs are general events concerning the evangelization of the world.

I completely agree with person before me. What makes me sketchy is we all no that Jesus will come like a thief in the night and for him to just pop on screen on one web site is highly unlikely and whoever did say that should be careful because blasphemy is a very serious thing and if you really want to know if Jesus is speaking to you then be silent and listen to your heart because he will let you know, and you will feel a blanket of peace fall on you. You don't have to expect miracles either because they are already happening all around you everyday not on your timing but his.

The second coming of Jesus is going to be the rapture. All the people that believe in Him and love Him will go up to Heaven with Jesus. Only the people who go will be able to see Him. Then the seven years of tribulation will start.

Well, according to the Bible, it won't be mistakable when Jesus comes. He'll be the one that wins Armageddon, slays the Beast, descends from Heaven, and so on and so forth.
But, you did make an AWESOME point... if someone were to walk on water or turn water into wine right now, no one would believe him... so why would any Christian have believed in Jesus back then? But, you won't get many people to admit anything to that effect.
Criss Angel walked on water, btw...
