Go on Parkers guide online and it will give you an estimate of what it's worth. Also do some research of your own and look in the Auto Trader or papers and see what vehicles the same as yours are going for to give you an idea what to ask for it.

No more than £400 is an old Van 1993 "K" Reg i have seen a nice Van "P" Reg for £700.

I'd swap it for the Caddy if it's in good nic. They're bloody great little pick-ups, second only to the mighty Subaru MV Brat
