I enjoy listening to Canadian stations on my GM car radio. I live in Detroit and am able to get pull in stations as far away as Toronto and Hamilton. Is there anything on the market that i could add to my car radio that would help make the reception stronger (Just for the AM Band)? Thank you.

There is really nothing you can do except maybe change the antenna length. In todays market noone pays much attention to AM and the signal is very subject to reflection and atmospheric conditions. Thats why AM is dying, the freq is too low for clarity and amplitude modulation is a clumsy way of transmitting.
