If you're creative enough, you can make beer out of sillier things. That doesn't mean it's going to taste good.

If you're familiar with making all-grain beer the traditional way, just add your malt-0-meal in with some malted barley from the homebrew store and do your thing like you would normally.

If you're not familiar with it...just know it's a *LOT* more work than grabbing a twelve-pack...and won't taste the same...at...all!

If you did try, it probably wouldn't taste like traditional beer or should I say any beer you're used to since it is wheat instead of barley.

I dont think so.... i would just stick with buying beer from the store.
