Yes I do, I like to draw on the dining table, I also hold my pencil like a knife, I'm a bit weird that way

No, I hold my knife in my left hand rather than my right. It's more comfortable.

No I hold them differnetly. I don't know why though. I guess I find it more comfortable that way.
