There are no sites giving detailed venipuncture instruction. I am sure it is because it is a medical procedure and they don't want people without actual knowledge attempting it (thank goodness!). However, I did find a few sites that will explain how it is done. While I can understand that you want to get a "leg up" on it, learning it first hand is really the only way as you will soon discover. It is not that hard but it is a skill that you have to develop a "feel" for. All the reading you do on it will have no bearing on developing that "feel". Time, practice and experience are the keys.
