The literal translation is "The Truth Against The World"
It's the motto of the Welsh Society (Cymdeithas Gymreig) and refers to the time when the Bards were able to proclaim the truth, even against unpopular sentiment.

that is: you must tell the truth even if everyone on earth says something different.
it was alfred tennyson's favourite old welsh saying (he had a plaque with it up in his study in lincoln) and it is also part of the formula the druids proclaim when a new bard (chief poet) is announced at each national eisteddfod.
most people assume it is traditional welsh wisdom, but if you look into the history of the phrase carefully it was probably invented by iolo morgannwg (who invented large numbers of ancient welsh sayings) some time late in the eighteenth century.

Im not welsh but I think it might say you go and you bind and you bide. The last word is the only one I'd make book on, I'd be so surprised if byd wasn't bide. Things wee spelled more phonetically then they are now.
Or it could be you go and burn and bide. Or your going to burn and bide.
