Nope, sadly cos it would sell really well! Loads of sleep and 2 litres of water daily should help a bit, but look at your parents, if they have them too, cos it can be hereditary...

He's a guy, I doubt he wants to wear make up

Dark circles are usually caused by lack of something.
Sleep? Water? Certain vitamins? Exercise? Stress?

Make sure you get at least 8 hrs sleep a night and in a pattern e.g. 11pm - 7am every day

Make sure you drink 8 glasses of water a day

Try to get a balanced diet or take Multi vitamin suppliments for 6 weeks and see if they fade

Get 20 mins exercise every day

Calm down/relax more

But still saying that... There are also products you can use
Clarins do some great products to relieve dark circles around the eyes. Recommend the extra firming eye contour serum

Don't waste your money, the best solution is tea bags. The tanin from the tea leaves helps to minimize the aperance of dark rings under your eyes. Puffy too? try slices of cucumber. Draw a warm bath put warm tea bags on (not hot) your eyes for a few minutes and then the cucumber for a couple, rotate them a couple times and voila! Spa perfect treatment for cheap cheap.
