How much time does it take for the body to recover before I can work out? Serious answers only, please. Thank you!!

Well, considering that drinking thoroughly dehydrates your body I would think maybe you should give it a day to rehydrate all your organs and such and drink plenty of water in small amounts through the day. But that is just my common sense talking. I have no real knowledge of the subject.

well one time i was drinking all night with friends and I actually woke up with energy and felt like going for a jog.. what I did was to drink a lot of water before the workout and have a small meal for the energy... I did quite fine...... it also depends on how much you drank, if you drank a lot, you'll probably not have enough energy in the first place..

I'm not sure. But if you have a hangover, it is because alcohol dehydrates you and to get better quicker, drink lots and lots of fluids. If you do exercise, you could get seriously dehydrated. I'm not sure how long you should wait.
