I need a program that is free, that I can download on my computer that will allow me to edit my videos.

Getting a free Video Editor is next to impossible, coz these companies use lots of heads, whom they pay good, so to make profit they have to charge. But, you can always try your luck at-----

I will personally recommend you Adobe Premiere Elements 2.0, Its just GREAT.... I have tried it.
