They could have been put on Noah's ark as babies, or brought in while in eggs. I don't think Noah would have searched for the biggest dinosaur ever to put on the ark, lol.

firstly, many dinosaurs were about the size of a sheep. it is a common misconception that all dinosaurs were huge. secondly, not all the animals aboard the ark necessarily had to be adults. they could have been eggs, or younger and therefore smaller
