Things like molluscum would not start to show up in 6 weeks. Most people who contract HIV don't even know it for months or years. Molluscum starts to show up once the infected person's immune system has been seriously affected-- it would take longer than 6 weeks.
If your friend thinks she was infected, the best way to find out would be to get tested for HIV. It doesn't always show up by the first time you get tested. BUT most people don't contract HIV while in a hospital-- that would be very rare. Most people get HIV from sexual contact or sharing dirty needles for IV drug use.

Hope this helps--try to find reputible websites for even more info.

In order for you to show symptoms for molluscum and the various staph infections that could arise arise there would have to pass YEARS of neglect and have at least a CD4 cell count of less than 200. If your friend was infected weeks ago, the body is still making antibodies for HIV. Depending on how your organism reacts towards HIV and because what is tested is the antibodies she might or might not come back positive, Therefore she needs to do the HIV test as soon as possible to take measures.

You need not to worry. If detected early enough HIV is not a problem. It becomes a problem when people dont acknowledge it, and enter denial, years go by and the immune system is destroyed by the virus. Please have in mind that the virus could remain dormant in your system for some time and that the vast majority of HIV infected people show no symptoms.

It is highly unlikely that HIV will start presenting symptoms within 6 weeks. The time that it takes for the virus to begin presenting all depends on what strain of the virus she has/may have and the strenght of her immune system. It is also highly unlikely that a hospital staff would inject her with the virus. If they did and it could be proven, they would stand to have a huge law suit filed against them. There is a simple blood test to determine one's HIV status.

specific, it may take place on the try yet indicators won't commence displaying. indicators of HIV (AIDS) won't be obvious for years after the an infection occurs, that's why HIV finding out is the only confident thank you to correctly known while you're HIV-useful. people who do not manage their HIV indicators or infections might advance AIDS interior 12 to 13 years whilst they're initially contaminated, despite the fact that a small share of folk have developed AIDS interior 3 years of fixing into contaminated with HIV. medical care of HIV might postpone or perhaps avert AIDS, that's why it is so considerable to be sure as early as achieveable if one has replace into contaminated. (Please be reminded that HIV ability the virus inflicting the an infection, whilst the AIDS are indicators of an infection).
