I do! We used to have a mini-beagle named Sandy. She was crazy. She used to chew gum and eat firecrackers and bees. My mother always hated her because the first night we got her, she ran right into my mom's room and peed on her pillow.
She was a funny little dog.

Yes, they are great dogs. I have a beagle/dobe mix and a purebred beagle puppy. Both are generally quiet dogs that listen pretty well for their age. They are very smart and don't fit any of the negative stereotypes that a lot of people think about them.
