I think you're sister is worried about making a good impression on her friends, and it's kind of rude of her to automatically assume that you're going to do/say something to mess that up.
So, what you're going to do is put on a nice outfit....not a lot of make up, please...you'll look like you're trying way too hard. You're going to listen while they talk, and if you feel like you have somthing to contribute....please do! I'm sure you're intelligent and fun to be around, so let that shine through. Ask questions, make them feel welcome in your home and take your cues from your sister. After they leave, you might consider telling her that you think it was kind of rude to make you feel that you had to jump through hoops to get her approval, and the approval of her friends. They're gonna love you....take a deep breath and don't worry.

Tell your big sister to lighten up... her friends know you're 13 and don't expect you to behave like a 21 year old. Don't try to be someone you aren't for anybody.
In 50 years most (if not all) of those friends will be long gone... but you'll still have each other.

Just be yourself and whatever you say you say. Wear what you feel comfortable in, and don't wear more makeup than you usually do. If the subject turns to your sister, which it probably will, don't try to embarass her but if you have a story to tell tell it.

Hey. I say you just need to be yourself and try not to impress anyone! I mean my sis is older than me and i don't try to impress her friends and i am who i am and if they don't like me thats fine, I really don't care. Just be yourself and be nice and just talk like you would if it were one of your friends. And one thing don't make fun of your sis to much or else u will pay later haha i did that once! haha

Dress like your sister would dress. Because obviously they like her and the way she dress, so the best way to dress would be like her. You should give her space until she is ready to bring you into the group. You dont want to rush things it might make your sister not want to bring freind around you again.

just be yourself and be mature. She just thinks you might say something *inappropriate* that will embarrass her... that's just part of having an older sister. good luck!
