this guy I am seeing does something to me.. I have never really been to shy around boys or been afraid to make a move, but with this guy I always think twice and hesitat.. its like he intimidates me or something. I REALLY like him and I am afraid that me not being agressive at all is going to turn him off.

You are hesitating because you are not ready to go any farther with your relationship. why don't you try being friends for a while and see how that works out.. there has to be trust there and there is something about this guy that is making you feell this way so take it slow and don't do anything until you are ready..And if your not being aggressive is a problem with him then he is not the person for you no matter how much you think you like him.. take your time and find out what it is about him that is making you hesitate.. you won't regret it.

There are several reasons you may hesitate to 'make your move'. It's possible that you're getting a vibe from HIM that you're not what he's looking for, perhaps he's SO hot you lack the self-confidence to chance rejection or it could be that something inside of you is telling you that while you're attracted to him physically, he'll be a painful relationship emotionally.

C-Bizzle, girl tell him how you feel immediately, stop beating around the bush and always be confident in who your, because if for some reason you don't get the response that you are hopeing for don't let it define who you are as a person. Basically be true to who you are. I pray that you find the love and happiness that you are seeking.

You hesitate because you are unsure of yourself, or unsure of your feelings for him.. Maybe you don't like him as mich as you think you do, rather, you just want him to like you?
Ask yourself "why do I like him so much?" And "what does he do for me to cause me to like him?"
If he does nothing to make you feel good about yourself, then you may be convincing yourself that you like him because:
(A-he's cute, B-he's popular, C-he doesn't pay attention to you, and it's a challenge to make him like you, and it would give your self-esteem a boost to win him over)
Why are you worried about being a certain way to please HIM? What's wrong with the way you are? If he wants you to be something other than that, then wouldn't you feel insulted that you weren't good enough the way you are?
Peoples' feelings show through their actions, which will be clear if they are sure of their feelings.....
Unless he inspires you to feel good aout yourself, you probably don't really lke him, just the idea of him liking you.

its cause you see him as a "perfect" person so you don't want to approach him nor ruin your image of him. and you don't want him to see your flaws so you tend to just brush him off sometimes.
hes just a regular human being, just go up to him and say hi and get to know each other better.
