The Self is our ego, our conscious ideas about ourselves; the Inner Self is our subconscious self - like the one that dictates the things we love, even though our egotistical self doesn't understand why we love those things - and I would say that Spirit and Soul are the same thing: They're the spark that give us life, the part of us that lives on after death.

self ... the you that thinks on a daily basis about mundane every day things ( brain thinking )
inner self ... conscience , deeper thoughts , other voice ( heart thinking )
spirit and soul are same/similar
soul i would apply to a living persons spirit .. " the person has a lovely soul "
spirit i would apply to the soul part of us that lives on after death

There is no difference. They are all words that attempt to communicate the same concept:
i.e. The awareness of awareness unit..... YOU.
In other words you ARE your own immortal soul.
(spirit, self, inner self, etc....)

Self is you. Inner self is your subconscious mind.. Spirit is your higher self.
