The Self is our ego, our conscious ideas about ourselves; the Inner Self is our subconscious self - like the one that dictates the things we love, even though our egotistical self doesn't understand why we love those things - and I would say that Spirit and Soul are the same thing: They're the spark that give us life, the part of us that lives on after death.

There is no difference. They are all words that attempt to communicate the same concept:
i.e. The awareness of awareness unit..... YOU.
In other words you ARE your own immortal soul.
(spirit, self, inner self, etc....)
