Any advice on how to loose weight in your ABS? I do have a exercise ball!

As mentioned diets are very important. I mean eating healthy. I've had the same problem and i still have some fat on my stomach but it's nothing compare to before until i started to do pilates. it's also good on back problems. just get the basics ones and of course in the beginning you will not be as flexible but if you keep on plus the healthy foods you will see and feel an instant change on your belly...trust me!! been there, done that!!!

You can't spot-reduce fat. Your body takes it off in its own way, and wherever you have the highest concentration of flab (for me it's my gut) that's the last place it comes off. You can make your abs appear smaller by doing ab exercises, or just by sucking your gut in and holding it often -- I'm not kidding, if you keep doing it your gut will eventually have that "sucked in" look all the time -- but to get the flab off you need to do aerobic exercise and eat a diet high in protein, complex carbs, and "good for you" fats that you can find in eggs, nuts, olive oil, fish, flax seed, and avocadoes. Cut out soft drinks, fast food, junk food, refined flour/sugar, and saturated fat as much as possible, especially soft drinks (one can of soda every day will make you gain 15 pounds over the course of a year).

Try the Superman, where you lay on the exercise ball with your belly on the ball and try to do a superman pose (arms and legs out), try not to have any part of your body touch the ground. It's harder than it looks. Do that as long as you can.
Also, you can do crunches and sit-ups. As long as you stay consistent you'll have awesome abs. Do them every day as much as you can.

No program is going to give you the best abs ever but the Abs Diet. You'll lose inches off every part of your abs and you will feel great everyday! Try it and be satisfied.

diet diet diet...and no not atkins or one of those other bs diets I mean how you eat day to day
and cardio
no matter how many sit ups you do they wont help you lose the fat or 'turn the fat into muscle' because you cant turn fat into muscle...this makes about as much sense as waiting for a bowl of oranges to turn to apples

just doesn't happen
