I'm in the UK and I don't want to spend £50 on 12 bottles of the stuff!

Otherwise does anyone know of a decent alternative that isn't a teabag? I want to be able to make chai lattes! Thank you!

I am in the UK. You can't buy the concentrate in Starbucks, just the drink, and we don't have WalMart!

Well try a coffee shop, but if you know some one working at Starbucks it can help a lot...

Well, Although I am in the U.S, there should be something like a StarBuck's in the UK. It is a coffee shop where you can buy Tazo Chai Tea or your local grocery store in the tea isle.

I don't know if you have wild oats in your area but they sell it. MSN shopping on the net have the tea bags and concentrate but I think they sell more in bulk.
