Low carb cheese cake. I make about 2 a week. YUM! It is cheesecake with a crushed walnut crust instead of the traditional crust and splenda in place of the sugar. Heavenly for me who has been doing low carb for 2 1/2 years. YEA low carb!

haha i have pie for my birthday instead of cake every year.
I'd have to say that my favorite pie is apple pie, it's simple and soooo good, especially when i put a huuge scoop of ice cream on it. yum!
